✔ Certification: Make sure your coach has some official certification (e.g. ICF, IAC, etc.).
✔ Specialization: Find someone with experience in your area of interest (self-esteem, career, relationships, expatriation, etc.).
✔ Testimonials: Have look at real feedback from past clients.
✔ Personal connection: Building trust and chemistry with your coach is essential for any successful process. Whenever possible, it’s helpful to book a first session to see if it’s the right fit for you.

Reinvent Yourself Programme

An intensive 3-month program to redefine your purpose and achieve your goals.

This program is for you if you feel like you’re at a breaking point. Together, we’ll sort through your thoughts, identify what you truly want, and build a realistic yet exciting action plan.

  • 8 sessions 1:1

Clarity Now Intensive Session

A 90-minute session designed to unlock specific challenges, make confident decisions, and create a clear action plan.

If you have a decision you just can’t make, an idea that’s been lingering in your mind for months, or you’re simply tired of thinking and not acting, this session is for you.

We go straight to the point to get unstucked:

  • 90 minutes of in-depth coaching.

  • Personalised PDF with key points and next steps.

Ideal for: Those who need a clear, strategic push without a long-term commitment

Maintenance coaching

For those who have already gone through a coaching process and want to continue fine-tuning and sustaining their well-being.

Because after the big change, comes the constant practice. This service is exclusive for former clients who want to stay on track, adjust decisions, and keep working on their personal growth.

  • A 60-minute session per month.

  • Email support between sessions.

  • Access to internal resources (templates, exercises, etc.)

Single sessions

If you're unsure about what you need or you're not ready to commit yet, maybe single sessions are the best option for you. 

You choose your rythm and number of sessions.

  • Single 60-minute sessions.

  • You can change the sessions' date and time from week to week (depending on availability).
