A life coach supports you in discovering what's holding you back, developing new strategies, and taking action with confidence. If you're looking for clarity, motivation and tools to move forward, coaching is for you!
In coaching sessions, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space to explore your challenges, identify what you truly want, and develop strategies to move forward. Through powerful questions, exercises, and practical tools, I’ll help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take intentional action. I won’t give you the answers, but I will guide you to find your own and make decisions aligned with your well-being and goals. Each session is a little step forwards towards the life you want.
It really depends on your goals and needs. Some people get great results in 4 to 6 sessions, while other people prefer a long-term process, from 3 to 6 months, maybe to work on deeper transformations. Ideally, it’s best to have weekly or bi-weekly sessions to maintain momentum and see results. In our first session, we will define together the approach and duration that best suits you.
