Life coaching is not going to fix your entire life (no serious process promises that), but it can help you stop living it on repeat. Here, we work on turning uncertainty into clarity, fear into action, and that “I don’t know what to do” into concrete steps forward.

I founded Mañana También Abrimos Coaching to accompany people who are ready to start changing.Not just to talk about change, but to make it happen. Because yes, I’ve been there too—exhausted, full of doubts, craving a different life but with no clue where to start.
The difference came when one fine day I decided to stop waiting for change to magically happen and I started to invest in myself. Time, money and value.
Through life coaching, I support people who are ready to stop telling themselves the same old stories. They want to start shaping their lives with intention and strategy, without being held back by the fear of making mistakes. Because yes, things might not go perfectly… but staying stuck where you are has a much higher cost.

People ask me all the time, and the answer is very easy: «Mañana También Abrimos» (“We’re open again tomorrow”) is something my dad always says when everything goes to shit.
You got fired, your relationship ended, your project tanked, you feel like absolute crap… and he, completely unfazed, drops his mantra: "Well... mañana también abrimos." In other words: that's it — you did what you could, and it didn’t work. You can keep tormenting yourself until your head explodes, or you can hit STOP on the intrusive thoughts, do something else, go to sleep, whatever… But stop overthinking it. Tomorrow, you’ll see things differently. And you know what? He’s right.
It’s his version of Scarlett O’Hara’s "Tomorrow is another day", — just in small neighborhood shop mode.
This is what coaching is about: Pausing. Breathing. Looking at the chaos. Sometimes laughing, sometimes crying a little too. And remembering that yes, we open again tomorrow. The world isn’t ending. There is still so much to do, to change, to decide. Life doesn’t shut down for renovations.

In coaching sessions, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space to explore your challenges, identify what you truly want, and develop strategies to move forward. Through powerful questions, exercises, and practical tools, I’ll help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take intentional action. I won’t give you the answers, but I will guide you to find your own and make decisions aligned with your well-being and goals. Each session is a little step forwards towards the life you want.
It really depends on your goals and needs. Some people get great results in 4 to 6 sessions, while other people prefer a long-term process, from 3 to 6 months, maybe to work on deeper transformations. Ideally, it’s best to have weekly or bi-weekly sessions to maintain momentum and see results. In our first session, we will define together the approach and duration that best suits you.
