Online life coach in Mexico City
You don't need to have everything clear. You just need to start.
Hi, I'm Ester S. Mingot, ACC Certified Life Coach & Social Anthropologist
I'm Ester S. Mingot, but you can call me jus Ester, without H. I'm a life coach based in Mexico City, and here I'm gonna tell you a bit more about me and what I do.
If you're thinking about starting a coaching process, here’s a free life tip: choose someone who gives you good vibes from the get-go, because if you can’t open up, what the heck are we going to do together? This isn’t about wasting time or money.
So, to see whether we click, let me tell you a bit about me and about the way I work. Spoiler alert: I’m not your typical “inspirational quotes and positive vibes only” coach.
My story of change and transformation.
Change, transition, crisis... call it as you like, but I've gone through everything.
In the last 15 years, I’ve lived in more than 10 countries. It sounds exotic, but the truth is, it came with loneliness, course changes, silent grief, uprooting, forced reinvention, and a lot of questions with no easy answers.
That said, not everything was drama. My background in social anthropology gave me a clear (and pretty compassionate) perspective on how humans operate.
Wanna know a secret? We’re a mess. Beautiful, but a mess nonetheless.
From that moment on I transitioned to professional coaching and Mañana También Abrimos Coaching. I trained in ICF-accreditted institutions, such as: Crearte Coaching (Level 1) and Heba Gobal (Level 2). I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Because if I'm going to accompany people to overcome challenges and find direction, I'm going to do it well.
I’m your ally in this process. But I’m not your fairy godmother.
There are no magic formulas here.
The real change? That’s on you. I’ll support you, challenge you, hold you up, and remind you of what you already know but are too scared to face.
It’s not for everyone. But if you’re ready to stop running on autopilot, then let’s talk.
The newsletter you’ll actually look forward to opening.

My coaching working methods
No magic wands, no formulas stolen from self-help blogs. What do we do here?
01. We lay the cards on the table
Tell me what’s going on—your problems, your needs, and what you want to achieve. No fluff, no filters.
If I’m not the right person to help you, I’ll tell you right away.
02. We design a plan that actually works
No motivational PowerPoints here. We’ll create a plan tailored to you and your real-life needs—no more, no less—while respecting your time and resources.
03. We track your progress
I’m with you as you move forward. If we need to adjust things, we adjust—simple as that.
